Q: Where are you located?

A: We are conveniently located in 113A Ware Street, Fairfield NSW 2165. Exact location details will
be provided upon booking confirmation.

🅿️ Multiple carparks are available in the nearby shopping center, making it easy and convenient
for you to visit!

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can book online via our ReLash Booking Page or contact us directly through Instagram DM
or text 0466 328 883 for assistance with scheduling.

Q: What are your prices?

A: For a full service price list please view our prices page.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?

A: Yes, we offer gift vouchers that make the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special
occasion. Our vouchers can be purchased in-store or online and can be used for any of our
services.

Q: How Do I Redeem My Gift Card?

A: Currently our Gift Cards can only be redeemed in salon, not online. Gift Cards can be purchased
in salon or from our online store.

Q: How Can I Cancel My Appointment?

A: If you are unable to make your appointment or are running late, we appreciate a courtesy
phone call/text to let us know. All deposits will be forfeited if cancelled.

Q: What happens if I have damaged lashes from another salon?

A: Don’t worry—you're in safe hands! If your lashes were damaged from a previous lash lift,
extension, or treatment elsewhere, we’ll assess their current condition during your consultation.
Our Lash Growth Treatment using premium Japanese products is specially designed to repair,
strengthen, and nourish damaged natural lashes.

In some cases, we may recommend waiting before getting another lash lift to allow your lashes
time to recover. Your lash health is always our top priority 💕

Q: What Payments Options Are Available In Salon?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit, PayID and Cash. AfterPay is only
available for Beauty Training.

Q: What services do you provide?

A: We provide a range of lash & brow services including eyelash extensions, lash lifting, lash
growth treatment, lash & brow tint, waxing, cosmetic tattoo, body brightening, Teeth Whitening &
Beauty Training.

Q: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are non-
refundable but can be transferred if the policy is respected.
