Our policies

late policy

cancellation & no show

• New clients do not need a deposit
  unless they have a last-minute
  cancellation or no-show on record.

• To secure an appointment, a $30
  non-refundable deposit is required.

• This deposit will be applied to your
  final service cost but cannot be
  refunded.

We understand that unexpected delays
can happen, and we will do our best to
accommodate you. However, to ensure
a smooth schedule for all clients,
arrivals more than 20 minutes late will
result in an automatic cancellation, and
a new deposit will be required to
rebook.

We understand that life can be
unpredictable, and we kindly ask for at
least 24 hours notice if you need to
cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-
shows will result in forfeiting your
deposit, and a$30 deposit will be
required for all future appointments.
